By downloading, installing, or using the MagicMirror mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MagicMirror is an iPhone application that provides virtual try-on services for clothing and fashion items. The App uses artificial intelligence technology to allow users to visualize how clothing items may appear on their person.

3. User Accounts and Privacy

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Virtual Try-On Service

The virtual try-on feature is provided for entertainment and visualization purposes only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of how clothing items will actually appear or fit. We recommend trying on items in person before making purchasing decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and other materials, are owned by MagicMirror and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the App. By uploading content, you grant MagicMirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App's services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MAGICMIRROR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGICMIRROR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or through other reasonable means.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagicMirror operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
